As a former educator,

Ask anyone who has worked in the field of public education - teachers are expected to “wear all the hats” - day after day, we manage the care and enrichment of 25+ students, maintain working relationships with their caregivers, support administrative initiatives, on top of meeting all of the expectations mandated at the district and state levels. Most days, there is hardly time for a simple bathroom break, let alone, time for grading a mountain of student work or for responding to the inbox full of emails from parents, and administrators, and colleagues that require immediate attention.

Book your interest call and I’ll send you an intake form to complete and send back prior to our call.

This form will help me begin to understand your specific business needs and will allow us to be efficient with our time during the call.

We’ll have a chat

During our call, we’ll get into the specifics - we’ll talk business goals, approaches, strategies, and expectations for working together, including pricing and deliverables.

PROPOSAL + Contract

After our call, I’ll send you the final proposal and contract as we discussed. If you’re confident that it’s the right fit, you’ll sign the contract and submit your first payment - and the magic begins!

Onboarding + Check-ins

After the contract is signed and first payment made, we’ll have an onboarding call. This call will help establish our working relationship and set me up to take over the tasks you’re wanting to delegate. Think of it as hitting the “copy+paste” button on your brain.

During the interest call, we’ll have chatted about your preferred approach for checking in and providing feedback. These check-ins will be carried out throughout our time working together to ensure expectations and needs are being met.
